Yes! As an active member of Adaptive Inner Circle this event is Absolutely FREE! We believe in you, support you, and want to take care of you as one of our members. All you have to do is get there and the opportunity awaits.

Airfare, hotel, & travel expenses and meals that are not stated on the schedule are not included.

Yes, you have the option to bring 1 person with you to the In Person event!

This can be a business partner, family member, or friend. They'll be included in the retreat training and activities. We just need to know they are coming so please include their information on the RSVP form.

All guests must be at least 18 years of age for liability purposes. All guests must be well mannered and comply to the rules and standards for the event.

Please note, we don't have the option to bring someone for the Virtual version.

Yes there is free parking at the Sapphire Suite in Franklin, TN.

We recommend renting a car or getting an Uber to travel around Franklin, TN.

Please RSVP by March 29, 2024 if you plan to attend in person in Franklin, TN, so we can get a final count and make plans for the event.

We'll kick things off with a Welcome Reception on Monday, April 15th from 5-7pm EDT.

The Retreat will be held Tuesday, April 16th & Wednesday, April 17th.

Each day of the retreat is approximately 9am-4:30pm each day. We'll have a break for lunch during that time.

At this time, we have made the decision that attending the live event is an at your own risk and disclosure policy. We will not enforce proof of vaccination, masks or any testing requirements. Each individual that makes a decision to come should weigh their own personal decision to attend. We simply ask that if you have been exposed, experiencing symptoms, or in proximity of someone that has tested positive for Covid within the last 10 days prior to the event, to politely excuse yourself from attendance out of respect for others.

We'll provide meals at the Inner Circle Retreat. This includes lunch both of the days and we have a group dinner planned for Tuesday night.

Wednesday night dinner is on your own to network, unwind, and enjoy Franklin!

We also invite you to join us for the Welcome Reception the night before the retreat!

Yes, this Inner Circle Retreat is a hybrid event that has a live in person version and an online version on Zoom. More information on attending virtually will be released soon!
